Refund Policy

At Nextoria Pro, we stand behind the quality of our work. However, due to the custom and digital nature of our services, refunds are handled under specific conditions outlined below.

1. Deposits & Cancellations

Project deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. If you cancel before work begins, your deposit may be refunded at our discretion.

2. Work in Progress

Custom infographics are created specifically for your brand and cannot be resold. Therefore, no refunds are issued for work already in progress or completed, even if you choose not to use the final deliverables.

3. Revisions & Satisfaction

We include agreed-upon revision rounds to ensure your satisfaction. If deliverables meet the original scope but you request significant changes outside that scope, additional fees may apply, and no refund will be issued for completed work.
