2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate, complete, and timely information, assets, and feedback. Delays in client response may affect project timelines. Final approval of content and data accuracy rests with the client.

3. Ownership & Usage Rights

Upon full payment, clients receive full usage rights to final deliverables for internal and external purposes. Source files (e.g., .ai, .fig) remain the property of Nextoria Pro unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Payments & Refunds

Fees and payment schedules are outlined in the project proposal. Work begins after deposit payment. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy; custom work is generally non-refundable after commencement.
